Bin is a has been. Laden has lost. I'm not totally sure we should celebrate someone being dead. But to our troops who risked their life yesterday and days before and days ahead - YOU ROCK! Our prayers are with you from the shores of anywhere to the halls of everywhere. Semper Fi, and any other Latin words that might point toward home of the free, land of the brave. It's nice to see a and hear a little American pride on television and radio last night and today. Seems like we may have done something right after a little drought in that area. You don't spit in the wind, you don't hide in Pakistan from a Navy Seal. Can you imaginne what the conversation might have been. Hey, Bin, the US Navy is outside. Huh? There's no water for thousands of miles, there's nothing but mountains and sand! What are you drinking? I'm telling you, the US Navy is here and they are not driving a boat or holding a mop and they left their little white hats at home and they are very ticked. Bin? Have a great Monday, Patriots.
Thursday is Spirit Night at Chick-Fil-A. Come and join us.
Friday night is F3 at Mr. Gatti's with Revolution 122. Again, come and join us.
Men, it's Brakfast time on Saturday at 8am.

I've been around the fitness gym more regulalrly than normal as Terry is trying that out at this time. I still can't get over how everyone seems to park as close to the door as possible, even illegally in no parking zones and handicap zones. The parking lot is huge. Seems like a long walk to the exercise area may be a help in this entire process. But what do I know. I think maybe they think there is some magic inside those walls. Us Americans - we're funny. Walking in the parking lot is not the accepted method of physical change.
Church may have some similarities to the fitness gym. Unbelievable potential to help change and build individuals, but the lack of effort in that goal outside the walls seems to defeat much of the effort made inside the walls. Fitness - physical and spiritual is a personal decision, plan and pursuit. Yes, we can cheer for one another and help pull the weights off other's chests when they are trapped, but overall, it's a one-on-one process in the Spiritual fitness arena - God and you.
See you later, love, ken
